I will help you or your loved one with addiction by teaching essential skills and strategies to prevent relapse. My approach includes creating personalized action plans, providing ongoing support, and reinforcing coping mechanisms. Together, we'll work on building a sustainable path to long-term recovery and a healthier, more fulfilling life.
I do not prescribe medications or offer Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT). However, I can provide support and coaching for individuals who are using MAT as part of their recovery plan. You would need to sign a release so I can collaborate with your healthcare provider to support your overall recovery journey.
If we determine that we are not a good fit during the complimentary 15-minute consultation or during our sessions, I will do my best to refer you to another professional or resource that may better meet your needs. Your well-being is my top priority, and I want to ensure you get the support you need.
The length of time you stay in coaching is up to you and your specific needs. However, I typically recommend a commitment of at least 3 months to 1 year to see significant progress and lasting change.

Sponsors are peers who guide others through the 12 steps based on their own experience, without formal training. I offer structured, skills-based support focused on your individual needs. Together, we’ll build coping strategies, set meaningful recovery goals, and work through challenges.
While I do not push AA (Alcoholics Anonymous) or NA (Narcotics Anonymous), I recognize that these programs can be beneficial for some individuals. I support my clients in finding the recovery path that works best for them, whether that includes AA, NA, or other support systems.
While I can provide emotional support and resources during your detox journey, I strongly recommend working with a doctor for the medical aspects of detoxification. Your safety is crucial, and medical supervision ensures that withdrawal symptoms are managed effectively. I will be available as your support, offering encouragement and guidance throughout the process.
Relapse can be a part of the recovery journey, and it's important to approach it with understanding and without judgment. If you relapse while we are working together, here’s what we will do:
Remember, relapse does not mean failure. It is a signal that adjustments need to be made to your recovery plan. Together, we will navigate through this challenge and work towards building a stronger foundation for your recovery.
