12 Weekly Coaching Sessions (45 minutes each): Personalized one-on-one coaching to navigate challenges, develop skills, and set achievable goals.
Unlimited Daily Support: Clients can reach out through secure messaging anytime for encouragement and guidance, with responses typically between 10 AM and 8 PM EST.

2. Deep-Dive: A Plan for Success (Most Popular)

For clients who need focused help with addiction and reducing harm. Includes:

Personalized Coaching (2 hours): A deep look into the client’s biggest challenges with addiction, creating a clear, action plan for safer choices.
Targeted Worksheets: Simple tools to identify triggers, set boundaries, and build strategies for managing cravings and reducing risky behavior.
Clients will leave with action plans and new skills to face addiction directly and make safer, healthier choices.

3. Starter Recovery Session

An introduction to recovery coaching or a quick check-in for immediate support. Includes:

Personalized Coaching (45 minutes): A focused session to address a specific challenge, with a clear and actionable plan.
1-2 Targeted Worksheets: Customized to the client’s current needs, such as harm reduction strategies or building effective coping skills.
